At Glasgow Banners, we are committed to swift service and reliable print quality. As our products are tailored to your order, returns follow certain criteria. Review this policy thoroughly before purchasing.

1. What Qualifies for a Return?

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Visible print defects (e.g. blurring, misaligned text, smudges)

  • Incorrect product type or size delivered compared to your order

  • Missing finishing options (such as eyelets, hems, or pole pockets)

2. How to Report a Problem

To start a return, please carry out these actions:

  • Get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Email us at support@glasgowbanners.co.uk

  • Use your order number as the email subject

  • Attach clear photographs taken from at least 2 metres to show the problem clearly

We need photographic evidence to process returns. Our team will review every request before approval.

3. If Your Package Arrives Damaged

If you notice visible damage upon delivery, do not accept the parcel.

By accepting a damaged package, you accept the item as is and forfeit any claim for physical damage returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs

  • We suggest using a tracked courier service to ensure safety

  • Glasgow Banners is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we confirm a product fault

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items reported after 24 hours of receipt

  • Products with approved artwork containing spelling or layout mistakes

  • Orders delayed by courier issues, minor colour discrepancies (within 10–15%), or personal taste

  • Custom prints that meet specifications but do not align with subjective expectations

We retain the right to reject any return request not meeting the above criteria.

6. Return Process & Resolution

Once your return is received and assessed:

  • If we identify a fault, we will offer either a replacement or refund based on the issue and your preference

  • If no issue is detected, the original item will be returned to you, and no refund or replacement will be provided
